Massive 40-foot screens, an outdoor festival on Penn Street, elite youth clinics, mini tournaments, and hassle-free parking make for an amazing time. 3v3 Anywhere is teaming up with Experience Reading & Berks County to bring the ultimate small-sided soccer experience to the official World Cup Fan Zone! On Saturday, July 18th, 3v3 Anywhere will deploy fast-paced inflatable fields on Penn Street for a high-energy youth tournament series.
*Note: Because of the heat advisory for July 3rd, we have combined the July 3rd and July 18th tournaments to create the Reading Fan Zone 3v3 Grand Finale on July 18th

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Fan Zone?
It is a soccer street festival located between 6th and 8th on Penn Street outside the Santander Arena. This is FREE to enter and there will be live music, food, vendors, soccer activities, and a beer garden outside the Doubletree Hotel. The Fan Zone on Penn Street will be open from 11am-7pm on 7/3, 7/4, 7/18 and 7/19.
What is the FIFA Watch Party?
These will be live televised broadcasts inside the air conditioned Santander Arena of the FIFA matches on 7/3, 7/4, 7/18 and 7/19. The matches will be broadcast on 6 large screens in the arena. These are FREE, but you MUST register to enter the arena.
Inside the arena, there will be soccer activities, DJ’s and lots of soccer fun for all ages. You may also purchase food and beverages inside the arena if you are registered. The Santander Arena will be renamed Reading Arena for the 4 watch parties, per FIFA standards.
Parking
There is parking around the Fan Zone area for free. Please see the above for details.
Traffic
To safely accommodate the event, the following road closures and parking restrictions will be in
effect:
Road Closures
• Penn Street between 5th Street and 8th Street
• Cherry Street between 6th Street and 8th Street
• 6th Street between Cherry Street and Court Street
• 7th Street between Cherry Street and Penn Street
No Parking
• 8th Street between Cherry Street and Court Street (traffic will remain open)
Street closures will begin in phases after 5:00 a.m. on July 3 and July 18, with full closures in
place by 9:00 a.m. The closures will remain in effect through each event weekend before
reopening by approximately 11:00 p.m. on July 4 and July 19.
