What is the Fan Zone?
It is a soccer street festival located between 6th and 8th on Penn Street outside the Santander Arena. This is FREE to enter, with live music, food, vendors, soccer activities, and a beer garden outside the Doubletree Hotel. The Fan Zone on Penn Street will be open from 11 am - 7 pm on July 18 and 19.
What is the FIFA Watch Party?
The FIFA matches will be televised inside the air-conditioned Reading Arena (Santander) on 7/18 and 7/19 on large screens. Before and between televised games, there will be soccer activities, DJ’s and lots of soccer fun for all ages. You may also purchase food and beverages inside the arena. The Santander Arena will be renamed Reading Arena for the 4 watch parties, per FIFA standards.
FREE Parking
Thanks to Philadelphia Soccer 2026 and the Reading Parking Authority, FREE public parking is available on
July 18 at 8:00 a.m. through July 19 at 10:00 p.m.

Traffic
To safely accommodate the event, the following road closures and parking restrictions will be in
effect:
Road Closures
• Penn Street between 5th Street and 8th Street
• Cherry Street between 6th Street and 8th Street
• 6th Street between Cherry Street and Court Street
• 7th Street between Cherry Street and Penn Street
No Parking
• 8th Street between Cherry Street and Court Street (traffic will remain open)
Street closures will begin in phases after 5:00 a.m. on July 3 and July 18, with full closures in
place by 9:00 a.m. The closures will remain in effect through each event weekend before
reopening by approximately 11:00 p.m. on July 4 and July 19.

The events are rain or shine.
Bathrooms
Port-A-Potties will be located throughout the outdoor festival area and include accessible facilities.
Bathrooms are available inside the arena.
